Please update Labelnize App to the latest version V1.4.0, click on “Unconnected”, then click on the “BLE” page, find “P31S” and Click “Click to connect”.
Will the Labelnize APP stop using?
Don’t worry, our APP customer base is very large, and our technical operation team has been maintained, the probability of not being able to use is very small.
Can’t search for Bluetooth connection?
It may be that your surrounding has a certain interference, you can try to turn off the Bluetooth and then open, restart the machine, exit the APP to re-operate to try.
