If the top plate is too tight, turn the pressure button counterclockwise to decrease the pressure. If the top plate is too loose, turn the pressure button clockwise to increase the pressure.

Answer: Yes, the handle is under the sliding tray.
Question: Why is the top plate so tight? It’s hard to open.
Answer: The tightness of the top plate can be adjusted with the pressure knob. If the top plate is too tight, turn the pressure button counterclockwise to decrease the pressure. If the top plate is too loose, turn the pressure button clockwise to increase the pressure.
Question : How to change temperature from Fahrenheit or Celsius?
Answer: Please press the “+” and “-” button at the same time to change the unit of temperature.
Question :What is the white cloth used for? Do I need to keep it?
Answer: This white cloth is the Teflon cloth, which is used to protect the T-shirt and prevent the design from sticking to the heating plate. Please put the T-shirt on the bottom, then the heat transfer paper, then the Teflon cloth, thus you can get the perfect works.
